Courageous Leaders™ is a transformational coaching and development program for organizational teams, leadership cohorts, or high-potential groups. The experience helps participants cultivate inner clarity, elevate communication, and lead with intention. This is not a training — it's a bold, human-centred shift in how leaders show up.
Program Structure
Length: 8 to 12 weeks
Format: Blended delivery (live virtual sessions, digital tools, optional in-person launch)
Group Size: Ideal for 8–20 participants

1. The Inner Leader – Exploring identity, purpose, and emotional agility
2. Leading with Clarity – Values-aligned decision making and vision crafting
3. Navigating Complexity – Resilience and courage in uncertain times
4. Communicating with Impact – Building trust, setting boundaries, and powerful conversations
5. Co-Creative Teams – Coaching skills for leaders, collaboration, and psychological safety 6. Leadership Integration – Harvesting insights, sustaining change, and peer coaching practices
Delivery Includes
Six 90-minute facilitated group sessions
Courage Collection tools (digital reflection prompts, journal exercises)
Optional: 1:1 executive coaching add-on per participant
Post-program leadership circles or sustainment support
